| Junior Trainee's | With experience of training Sea Scouts, ESRA invests time and energy into training young people in water safety and rescue. During the summer months trainee's are supervised in water activities with fully trained and competent crew members. During the Winter the trainee's join the crew in classroom training and indoor activities to increase knowledge and skills for use on and off-shore. |
